10.2mm O-Flex Rope
The Edelweiss O-Flex 10.2 mm Rope has a high tech core specially designed for intensive use: gym climbing, top-roping, route working. The core cables are wound together in a helix pattern to form a core that retains the ropes roundness better than traditional climbing ropes. This is important to rope longevity in climbing environments where top-rope is the norm. Super smooth HD sheath weave reduces rope drag and increases rope life.
Created and used by Edelweiss to build a particular range of climbing ropes that consists of an innovative braiding system and a single, perfectly round core element. It creates a round and incredibly flexible rope. This climbing rope will keep its flexibility and perfect cohesion throughout its life. Tests have shown that in climbing gyms the O-flex process multiplies the rope's life span by 2 to 3 times.
