We can't change or add any products to an order once it has been placed. If you're looking to do either of these things you will either have to cancel and replace your order or place a second order with the other products you're interested in ordering. Yes, we do ship internationally, current shipping rates will apply to the order. Please contact us first before you place your order so we can get you an accurate shipping quote.

We never want you to receive a package that isn't in great condition. We do realize however that boxes and packages can't always arrive how we intend them to, no matter how hard we try. If this is the case for your order, please send us an email with a picture and we will work with you to get the problem resolved in a timely manner.

Once your package has been filled by our team of gear guides, we update your order with the tracking number from one of our shipping providers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). You will receive an email confirmation that will include your package's tracking number. Yes, you can! At check out choose the Instore Pick-Up Option and in the notes just tell us which location you plan to pick it up at. If we have any questions about the pick up we will either send you an email or call you during our regular business hours to clarify.
