Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our customer service and the items you purchase from us.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Returns will not be accepted if; purchase has been made with a non-returnable discount code or hard mark down that's greater than 30% OFF MSRP Pricing.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, price tags present, and packaging should be in new, presentable condition.
- We cannot accept used items
- We will gladly accept returns on all items, except the below:
- Safety equipment
- Climbing protection, Climbing Hardware, Climbing ropes, Harnesses, Helmets
- First Aid Kits
- Food and Nutrition products
- Non-Reusable items
- Insect repellent, Sunscreen, Lip balm, or Stove fuel.
- First Aid Kit Refills
- Safety equipment
Returning Items
All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

- If you made an account with us online:
- Log into your account and view your recent orders.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click the "Return Item(s)".
- Choose the product you would like to return and fill out all the starred fields.
- Wait until you are notified that the return is authorized before you send it out.
- If you checked out as a guest or are returning an item from a purchase in a store:
- Please call 207-866-7562 between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm for a RA number.
- Fill out the Return Form and include a copy of your shipping confirmation.

- If you made an account with us online:
- Package the item with all its tags and packaging, so that the manufacturer's box and packaging is contained within a shipping box to protect it
- Please don't put tape or shipping labels directly on the item’s packaging, such as on a shoe box.
- We will return the item to you if the shipping label is attached to the outside of the product box.
- We advise using a carrier that you can track such as USPS Priority, UPS, or Fed-Ex.
- Upon receipt of your item, we will credit your card or exchange the item based on what was written on your return form or your input online.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with items that are returned.

Exchanges
- When exchanging an item, prices only apply to items, sizes, and colors that are in stock.
- Prices will not be guaranteed for exchanged items that must be specially ordered from a manufacturer.
- Website inventory accuracy is not guaranteed.
- We suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and making a separate order for the desired item.
