The Generator Stretch Jacket is a hybrid of synthetic insulation and stretch fleece panels. The Generator Stretch uses a Pertex Quantum outer fabric that is windproof and breathable, along with Polartec Powerstretch Pro in the sides and arms for freedom of movement and improved breathability. The fill used is a 60gsm Rab eco3D insulation. This is a 100% recycled polyester fill that was first developed for use in the Genesis sleeping bags. The Generator Stretch Jacket has been designed for more active use than the Generator (Primaloft filled) range, it uses less insulation and, with the fleece panels, is more breathable. The jacket still offers frontal wind protection and will shed some rain or snow and works really well as a mid-layer under a shell in very cold conditions.
